The operator of the service can be referred to in this document as 'We', the 'Site', 'Us'.

Please carefully read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using the website, application, and any services ("Service," "Services") that we operate. We reserve the right to modify these rules, with or without warning.

The operator for this application ("One Live Music") is One Live (onelive.me). A One Live ID (“Account”) is required to use this application. The Account system’s policies are available at https://policies.onelive.me/legal/id/ and apply to your usage of your Account in the application as well as in other services using the Account system.

By using any of our services, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as One Live ID’s policies.

If you do not agree to the policies, please discontinue using our services immediately.

Accounts

Our service is available to everyone across the globe* and over the age of 13. Users who do not meet the age requirement cannot use the service. All accounts used or created with One Live Music are part of the One Live ID system, which is the universal account system for all One Live services. The Account system’s policies are available at https://policies.onelive.me/legal/id/ and apply to your usage of your Account in the application as well as in other services using the Account system.

Users acknowledge that they are responsible for all activities that occur related to their use of the service. The Service Providers or its staff members, partners, will not be held liable for any mistakes or damages that occur as a direct result of actions made with the service.

One Live Music, its application counterpart - Valia and its operator does not store or proxy copyrighted materials such as audio files, cover art or other materials. All multimedia material is solely retrieved from our Providers when requested.

Access

You are only allowed to interact with the One Live Music Service and APIs using Valia or other One Live websites, applications and services.

Content Guidelines

  1. Any posts, likes, profile information, reposts, material, or information that users publish on the Service or in the Valia App are entirely their responsibility. In this instance, One Live Music is only an online hosting service provider and is not responsible for any content that a One Live Music user publishes on the Service or in the App, over which it has no control or oversight. Although not every filter has a 100% success rate, we have automated filter checks to determine whether any posted content is harmful;
  2. Users are prohibited from violating third parties' intellectual property rights; consequently, One Live Music users are prohibited from publishing any content on the website or in the app that is protected by copyright, registered trademarks, or any other type of third-party intellectual property rights without first obtaining permission from the holder or holders of those rights;
  3. Posts made by users cannot promote crime, violence, fanaticism, suicide, or actions that constitute hate crimes; they cannot include illegal messages, threats, or content that is pedophilic, pornographic, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racist, antisemitic, xenophobic, or revisionist; they also cannot be against public order or the standards of good behaviour;
  4. Harassing other users is strictly prohibited;
  5. Posts cannot support or incite illegal action or criminal endeavours;
  6. It is forbidden to request or provide passwords or personal information;
  7. Advertisements or solicitations intended to offer and subsequently sell goods and/or services on the website or in the app are prohibited in posts.

Responsibility and Limitations

One Live reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Application or its other services if a user or a device is found to be violating any of our or our Provider’s documents.

Users are responsible for any criminal and civil penalties issued by law enforcement agencies in connection with their use of the service, subject to applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, none of the Site's affiliates, operators, or volunteers will be liable to any person(s) for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages caused, under any theory of liability, including, but not limited to, contract, tort, warranty, breach of mandatory duty, negligence, or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen them. These limitations apply even if this solution does not compensate you for any losses or fails to meet its primary objective.

Termination

You may terminate these terms of service at any time by discontinuing use of the service and erasing any contents obtained from it, as well as any related documents, copies, and installations, whether made under these terms of service or not. To end your relationship with One Live IDs or any of the Providers, please check their related policies.

Miscellaneous

If we make major modifications to these service-specific terms, we will notify you and allow you to review them.

These terms only apply to your connection with the Service Providers, not to any other organisations or individuals, even if they legally benefit from it.

Notes

*The Service Providers reserve the right to turn off the platform in a specific area if service maintenance or safety requires it.
