Please carefully read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using the website, application, and any services ("Service," "Services") that we operate. We reserve the right to modify these rules, with or without warning.
The Service Providers for the Live Store platform (collectively described as just "Live Store") are: One Live (onelive.me) and MARMAK.net.pl (marmak.net.pl). We respect the rights of developers. The Live Store serves as an application store, where users can submit and publish apps for distribution and archival reasons to the supported platforms. We respect the rights of developers. By using any of our services, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The Live Store platform is available to everyone across the globe* and over the age of 13. Users who do not meet the age requirement cannot use the service.
A One Live ID is not required to use the main features of the service; however, you may want to create an account to access the following features:
Users acknowledge that they are responsible for all activities that occur related to their use of the service. The Service Providers or its staff members, partners will not be held liable for any mistakes or damages that occur as a direct result of actions made with the service.
The One Live ID service is a unified account system for all One Live services and follows its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please learn more at https://policies.onelive.me/legal/id/.
Users are responsible for any criminal and civil penalties issued by law enforcement agencies in connection with their use of the service, subject to applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for any damage done to their devices that may have occured as a result of doing advanced changes to your device such as bootloader unlocking and enabling root access. You are responsible for your own device.
Users are responsible for any damage done to their devices as a result of using the service on an unsupported platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, none of the Site's affiliates, operators, or volunteers will be liable to any person(s) for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages caused, under any theory of liability, including, but not limited to, contract, tort, warranty, breach of mandatory duty, negligence, or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen them. These limitations apply even if this solution does not compensate you for any losses or fails to meet its primary objective.
One Live and MARMAK.net.pl provide official clients for the Live Store platform for various platforms. These clients are the only allowed ways to access the platform and its assets, APIs and content.
Users using the clients on unsupported systems might not receive technical support.
You may terminate these terms of service at any time by discontinuing use of the service and erasing any contents obtained from it, as well as any related documents, copies, and installations, whether made under these terms of service or not.
If we make major modifications to these service-specific terms, we will notify you and allow you to review them.
These terms only apply to your connection with the Service Providers, not to any other organisations or individuals, even if they legally benefit from it.
*The Service Providers reserve the right to turn off the platform in a specific area if service maintenance or safety requires it. The Service Providers cannot guarantee access to the platform in regions where Cloudflare, Fastly, Cloudfront and Gcore services are blocked in.
