Please carefully read this document ("Submission Guidelines") before creating a listing, uploading an app or a game. By submitting your app or game to the Live Store, you are agreeing to these guidelines and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these guidelines, please do not submit your app or game to the Live Store. Listings that do not follow these guidelines may be removed without notice. We reserve the right to modify these guidelines at any time, so please check back regularly for updates.
The Service Providers for this platform ("Live Store") & its developer center ("Live Store Dev Center") are One Live (onelive.me) and MARMAK (marmak.net.pl). We respect the rights of developers. For takedowns or legal questions, contact privacy@onelive.me. We will respond within 7 to 30 days.

You are responsible for the content of your app. You are also responsible for any consequences of submitting your app to the Live Store, including any legal consequences. You are responsible for ensuring that your app complies with these guidelines and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You are also responsible for ensuring that your app does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. You are also responsible for any consequences that may arise from the usage of your app.
One Live, MARMAK as well as any of the Providers' partners or affiliates will not be responsible for any the issues within your app or caused by the usage of it.
You are required to use the exact details of the application in its listing. That means that you should use the app's tile or icon as the listing icon; the name of the app needs to match the name of the listing; if an app is archival, you should use the same description as the original listing in the Windows Phone Store or the app's description set by the developer.
If we make major modifications to these service-specific terms, we will notify you and allow you to review them.
