Thank you for using Live Store for Windows Phone 8.1!

The operator of the service can be referred to in this document as 'We', the 'Site', 'Us'.

Please carefully read this Privacy Policy ("Terms") before using the website, application, and any services ("Service," "Services") that we operate. We reserve the right to modify these rules, with or without warning.

The Service Providers for the Live Store platform (collectively described as just "Live Store") are: One Live (onelive.me) and MARMAK.net.pl (marmak.net.pl). We respect the rights of developers. The Live Store serves as an application store, where users can submit and publish apps for distribution and archival reasons to the supported platforms. We respect the rights of developers. For takedowns or legal questions, contact privacy@onelive.me. We will respond within 7 to 30 days.

By using any of our services, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to our policies, please discontinue using our services immediately.

Responsibility and Limitations

Users are responsible for

any criminal and civil penalties issued by law enforcement agencies in connection with their use of the service, subject to applicable laws in their jurisdiction,
any damage done to their devices that may have occured as a result of doing advanced changes to your device such as bootloader unlocking and enabling root access. You are responsible for your own device,
any damage done to their devices as a result of using the service on an unsupported platform.

Data Collection

We value our users' trust and privacy. Live Store collects the following information:

IP Address that makes requests to our CDNs. You make requests to our CDNs when downloading images and applications from the store. The IP Address is stored for safety reasons and can only be accessed by our Staff Team for 6 hours after the request was made.
Unique Device Identifiers (UUID);
Device Model information;
Your ratings;
Your library;
Crash logs from the application and its built-in deployer.

We collect information to ensure the safety of our platforms, restrict access to bad actors and provide the services to you.

Your Account Information is stored on our servers located within the European Union. We take security seriously and we use industry-standard security measures to protect your account information. Your personal data is stored securely on our servers and is not shared with third parties. We will host your account information for as long as you use the Service.

To end your relationship with us, you can delete your account, by emailing privacy@onelive.me with the subject "Live Store Information Deletion" and the reason for deleting your account. We will reply to your request within 7 to 30 days.

We utilise Cloudflare, Fastly, Amazon Cloudfront, GCore CDN to deliver apps, games, icons, screenshots and more globally with maximum speeds and best performance.

Termination

You may terminate these terms of service at any time by discontinuing use of the service and erasing any contents obtained from it, as well as any related documents, copies, and installations, whether made under these terms of service or not.

Miscellaneous

If we make major modifications to these service-specific terms, we will notify you and allow you to review them.
